What To Do If You Can't Make IT?

Confirmations & Reminders are sent to you via text + email (varies on information shared) before your upcoming reservation. A Touch Of Hope requires a 12 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service to the card on file. Unfortunately When The Customer Requests A Refund and The Refund is Issued There is A 3.7% Processing Fee That Applies  (Using Paypal As A Payment Method lifts the 3.7% Processing Fee).

What To Do If You're Running Late?

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Your spot is reserved for you, just as others reserve their time. Please be respectful of other guests. 

 

What Happens When You No Show?

 If you no show your reservation, you will be charged 100% of the service to the credit card on file.
